As Interim President/CEO Amy will lead the BKCEDC in its mission to promote business opportunities that will strengthen and grow a vibrant and diverse economic future for Kendall County.
Amy comes to the BKCEDC with a background in finance, marketing & law. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing, as well as a J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Amy has been active in the Kendall County community in a variety of capacities, with a particular emphasis on volunteer roles within Boerne I.S.D. and the Boerne Education Foundation.
ALISON CHURCH, Operations & Economic Development Director
Alison Church has been with the BKCEDC since September 2015 and became a permanent member of the EDC Team in March 2016. Supporting the President / CEO, she has a variety of responsibilities, including: qualifying new projects; site related research and data collection; maintaining all technology, and managing all office operations. Alison was certified as a Business Retention & Expansion (BRE) Coordinator in 2017 and works closely with the BRE Committee on further developing the BRE Program alongside the President/CEO.
Alison brings her knowledge of site selection, tenant requirements, and client relationships to BKCEDC prospects with her background in Interior Design/Architecture. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from The University of the Incarnate Word as well as an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from St. Philips College.
NATALIE MROZ, Projects and Administrative Coordinator
Natalie joined the team at BKCEDC in November 2017 as a part-time team member. Natalie’s responsibilities are to assist with the daily operation of the office as well as maintaining the project management software.
